Sundaram MF files offer document with SEBI
Sundaram Mutual Fund filed offer document with SEBI to launch a new scheme named as Sundaram Select Micro Cap Series I. The scheme is a close ended equity scheme, having the time duration of 5 years from the date of allotment of units. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the schemes is Rs. 10 per unit.

Entry load is nil and exit load charge will not be applicable in the scheme.

The minimum application amount is Rs. 5,000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter. The two options are available under the Plan of the Scheme viz. growth and dividend. Dividend option has Dividend Payout facilitiy.

The performance of scheme will be standardized against BSE Small Cap Index and Mr. S Krishnakumar will be the Fund Manager for equity portion scheme, while Mr. Dwijendra Srivastava will manage the debt portion of the scheme.

The asset allocation of scheme will be in such a way that the objective of the schemes is capital appreciation will be met through the investment in equity/equity-related instruments. Hence schemes would allocate 65 to 100 per cent of its assets in equity & equity related securities of companies of micro-caps. 0-35% in other equities and 0-35% in fixed income and money market securities. The scheme will also allocate up to 50 per cent of net assets in derivatives.
