DLF climbs over 2% on raising Rs 240 cr by selling renewable energy assets

    Shares of real estate major DLF spurted over 2 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the company said it had raised Rs 240 crore by selling renewable energy assets, a non-core business.

    Cheering the news, shares of the company gained as much as 2.35 per cent to trade at Rs 240.80 a piece on the BSE.

    In a similar fashion, shares of the company were quoting at Rs 239.10 a piece, up 1.87 per cent on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

     

    Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 18,484.46, down 25.24 points or 0.14 per cent at 10:00 hours.
