SBH launches new savings plan: Media Report

State Bank of Hyderabad, an associate bank of State Bank of India has launched a new savings bank account scheme 'Christened SBH Platinum SB Account'.
Under the new saving bank account it is mandated to maintain an average quarterly balance of Rs 1 lakh or a deposit of Rs 10 lakh through a combination of savings bank account, term deposit and foreign currency non-resident/repatriable (FCNR) account.
The facility is also available to existing customers, said the media report. Moreover, a zero-balance account also can be opened and the average quarterly balance as above can be maintained during the calendar quarter, according to a release.
