Shares of JP Associates fell nearly 14 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after Jaypee Infra Ventures sold over 13 million shares on the National Stock Exchange. Jaypee Infra Ventures sold 13,489,693 shares of Jaiprakash Associates at Rs 46.33 through a bulk deal, as per the data available on the National Stock Exchange.
The shares of company fell as much as 13.55 per cent to trade at Rs 39.55 a piece on the BSE.
Similarly, shares of the company fell 13.02 per cent 39.75 a piece on National Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 27,036.35, up 103.59 points or 0.38 per cent at 11.15 hours.
