Private sector insurer HDFC Life is set to launch an 'only-online' pension product. "The pension product can be bought only through our online channel.
It will be similar to click2invest which is a ULIP product," HDFC Standard Life VP- Products Sujoy Manna said.
He said that the application for the product has already been filed with IRDA and the nod from the regulator is expected soon.
"We expect to launch the new pension product over the next three months and it will be cheaper than the traditional pension products," Manna added.
Tata's Indicash ties up with Fino PayTech * White label ATM operator Tata Communications Payment Solutions (TCPSL) has tied up with payment technology provider Fino PayTech to install ATMs at its retail outlets. "Through this partnership, we will install Indicash ATMs at the existing Fino Money Marts, the retail outlets of Fino PayTech," TCPSL said in a statement.
TCPSL operates the white label ATMs under the brand name Indicash.
This partnership will allow customers to access a range of banking and payment service offerings such as ATMs, domestic remittance, international remittance cash out, utility bill payments, travel bookings, mobile/DTH recharge, online shopping and cash management services.
Sterlite Tech commissions Bhopal-Dhule transmission project. Power transmission solutions provider Sterlite Power Grid Ventures has commissioned the 765 kv Bhopal-Dhule transmission project.
The project, which was implemented by the special purpose vehicle Bhopal Dhule Transmission Company (BDTCL), involves laying six transmission lines of about 1,000 circuit km and two 2x1500 MVA substations at Dhule and Bhopal, the company said in a statement.
"Commissioning of BDTCL project is yet another milestone for us as part of our endeavor to bridge transmission supply and bring uninterrupted electricity to all," it added.
