ICRA reaffirms rating of Bajaj Electricals' bank facilities

Bajaj Electricals ltd said that the Credit rating agency, ICRA has reaffirmed the rating of company's Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) programme at 'A'.

Meanwhile the outlook on the long-term rating has been revised from negative to stable, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Bajaj Electricals, part of the Rs 20,000 crore Bajaj Group, is engaged in business appliances, fans, lighting, luminaries and engineering and projects.

Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading at Rs 250.80 a piece, down 2.64 per cent from the previous close at 10:46 hours on BSE.
