IT software firm Nucleus Software Exports Ltd on Monday said it will be participating in the 7th Annual Retail Banking Africa 2015 event scheduled on 9th and 10th September 2015 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed, "Nucleus Software to showcase its Lending Solution at the 7th Annual Retail Banking Africa 2015."
The 7th Annual Retail Banking Africa 2015 event is aimed at understanding the development of retail financial services across Sub-Saharan Africa and the emerging trends.
The Summit will also help in identifying newer technologies that best fit banks in Africa and enhance customer experience and loyalty.
At the event, Percy Thaver, Head & VP, Sales, Nucleus Software will speak on "Shaping The Future of Lending - Can Technology Be a Differentiator", the company said in a statement.
The focus of the session will be on the relevance of global trends in Retail Banking for Africa, how technology can help make the most of it and help financial institutions use mobile channel for better customer experience.
