Shares of Mindtree rose over 4 per cent on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the company announced that it was selected by Molnlycke Healthcare to effectively manage its business operations using SAP application suite. Mindtree will help enhance Molnlycke Healthcare, a leading provider of single-use surgical and wound care solutions, deliver in a cost effective manner globally, using a single service management platform.
Following the development, shares of company gained 4.03 per cent in intra-day trade to Rs 1472.70 apiece on the BSE.
In a similar trend, shares of the company surged 3.56 per cent to Rs 1473.95 a piece on National Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, the broader benchmark BSE Sensex was trading at 26,261.98, up 69 points, or 0.26 per cent, at 11:13 hours.
