IndiGo said that it will comply with the Supreme Court's order and will shift some of its flights from one terminal to another at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in Delhi in the coming weeks, reports from PTI.
On February 23, 2018, the Supreme Court rejected IndiGo's plea challenging a Delhi High Court order to shift its operations partially from Terminal 1 of the IGI airport to Terminal 2.
IndiGo accepted the decision of the top court and will implement the order in the coming weeks, in coordination with Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), the airline said in a statement.
The Apex court also laid out the timeline for shifting the operations. Once the airline shares the details of the flights which can be relocated, the DIAL will decide within seven to ten days. Post this, the DIAL will inform IndiGo, and IndiGo will comply with the same within ten days from that place.
