The lender said that Economic Offences Wing has registered FIR for offences of cheating, criminal breach of trust by banker, criminal misappropriation and criminal conspiracy upon the Directors of the Board.
The FIR is based on a complaint filed by M/s. Religare Finvest Limited (RFL) pertaining to adjustment of their deposits to the dues of M/s. RHC Holding Pvt. Ltd & M/s. Ranchem Pvt Ltd.
Shares in Tata Motors plunged 4 per cent, after reports by Bloomberg that Jaguar Land Rover plans to close its U.K. factories for a week in November to guard against disruption from a possible no-deal Brexit, Bloomberg reported quoting Chief Executive Officer Ralf Speth.
The shares were last seen trading at Rs 120.

Shares in Strides Pharma Science hit a 52-week low of Rs 321.65, falling almost 2 percent in the early trade on September 27 after company suspended sales of ranitidine tablets in the US market.
The shares of the bank dived to a new 52-week low in trade, but, has recovered since.
According to reports one of the the bank's promoter sold more stake in the company to repay debt of his privately held firm.
