In its board meet on January 14, 2022, HCL Technologies' board directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22. Notably this is the 4th Interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22.
