Users need to complete KYC in order to access the Paytm wallet. Take a look on how to complete Paytm KYC through video call.

Step-1
Open the App and then go to your profile on the top left corner of the screen

Now, click on profile settings and then cick on Profile having name, email, and wallet status,

Tap on Update KYC and then select upgrade your account now
Step-4
Now, Click on Video KYC, enter 12 digit Aadhaar number and proceed
Step-5
Enter OTP and verification is complete. Now, fill out all the required details
Step-6
Now, Be ready with your PAN and Aadhaar card before starting the video verification.
Step-7
Click on proceed and video verification will start where the Paytm executive would ask some details. Status is updated to fully KYC-verified after the video verification
