Applicants who are looking forward to applying for a PAN Card online should visit the web portal of NSDL or UTIITSL.

First, fill in the required information in the PAN Form with supporting documents.
Attest two passport-sized colour photographs in the form.
Make the payment for the processing fees online.
Once the PAN Card application reaches the concerned officials, necessary background checks will be done and PAN Card will be dispatched to the residential address within 15 days.
