Step-1 Go to the EPFO website and select Services

Step-2 Choose link for one employee and one EPF account

Step-3 A window will appear after you click the One EPF Account link

Step-4 The employee must enter information such as their phone number and UAN on the screen

Step-5 After entering required information, click Generate OTP and enter the OTP received and then Verify

Step-6 You will be directed to another window where you can enter information about previous EPF accounts you wish to merge

Step-7 Mark the declaration provided before clicking Submit
