Visit the NPCI portal at https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/upi/dispute-redressal-mechanism
Step-2
In Complaint section, select the nature of transaction and Issue
Step-3
write about the issue in the comment section
Step-4
Enter your transaction reference number and then select the bank
Step-5
Now Enter your Virtual Payment Address
Step-6
Enter the amount and enter the date of transaction.
