AJR Infra and Tolling Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

We were incorporated in April 2001 with
a focus to participate in infrastructure
project development through the public private
partnerships (PPP) model. Originally formed
as Gammon Infrastructure Projects and
Investments Limited, our name was subsequently
changed to Gammon Infrastructure Projects
Limited in April, 2002.

Our Promoter is Gammon India Limited, which
is a leading civil engineering and construction
company in India, with over 85 years of experience
in this sector. Gammon India Limited was established
by the late Mr. J. C. Gammon in 1919 as a
firm of Civil Engineers & Contractors, which
in 1922 was incorporated as a company under the
name of J. C. Gammon (Bombay) Ltd. We are modelled
as a project developer company, which invests
in SPVs for infrastructure projects. We also,
presently, handle O&M contracts directly in the
road sector.We operate as an overall
infrastructure holding company with interests
in SPVs responsible for carrying on specific
projects being undertaken by us. Currently,
there are four SPVs in operation. Such SPVs include
our subsidiaries and companies formed with
other partners where we do not hold a majority share.

2010

- Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed that Mr. Himanshu Parikh has been appointed as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Company.

2011

- Commenced Tolling Operations for the entire stretch of Mumbai Nasik Expressway.

- Letter of Award received for Patna-Buxar road Project.

- Gammon Infra - Sold 50% stake in the 12MW operational biomass power plant of Punjab Biomass Power Ltd. at Ghanour.

2012

- Letter of Award received for Vijayawada- Gundugolanu section of NH-5.

- Letter of Award received for Birmitrapur-Barkote section of NH-23.

- Letter of Award received for Yamunanagar-Panchkula section of NH-73.

- Letter of Award received for Sidhi - Singrauli Road Project.

- Received Environmental Clearance for Pravara Renewable Energy Limited.

2013

-Gammon Infrastructure Projects has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:34

-The bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity shares for every 34 (thirty four) equity shares to the non-promoter shareholders

-Gammon Infrastructure Projects has said that its subsidiary Rajahmundry Godavari Bridge has commenced tolling operations at the Rajahmundry Godavari Bridge Road Project toll booth

2021

-Company name has changed to AJR Infra and Tolling Ltd. from Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd..
