Khodiyar Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on August 17, 1984 as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of Khodiyar PVC Pipes Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation No 7177 and commenced production in 1988-89. Subsequently it was converted to a public limited company with a change of name to Khodiyar Industries Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 15th November, 1994.

The Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company enables the Company to undertake the activities for which the funds are being raised for the present issue and also the activities which the Company has been carrying on till date.

The Company was set up by Shri Ramnikbhai Patel to manufacture PVC rigid pipes at Mansa, Dist Mehsana.
