United Breweries Ltd - Press Release

UBL Benefit Trust has informed that the UBL Benefit Trust has sold its entire shareholding comprising of 60,07,413 equity shares held in United Breweries Ltd constituting 2.36% of UBLs paid-up equity capital. The said shares were allotted in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Associated Breweries and Distilleries Ltd, Millennium Alcobev Private Ltd and Empee Breweries Ltd into United Breweries Ltd approved by the Hon'ble High Courts of Karnataka and Madras.
