With reference to "Increase/Decrease in price and Volumes" Moil Ltd has clarify to BSE that with regard to increase in the volume. In terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, the Company have been regularly intimating, the requisite information having a bearing on the operation/performance of the company including price sensitive information, if any, to all the Stock Exchanges where security of the Company is listed.
The Company are not aware of any reasons for increase in volumes, However the company shall continue to keep the Exchange informed on any price sensitive information, if any.
