Patni Computers - Allotment of equity shares

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated March 19, 2012, has allotted 16,065 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain option holders, including 5,230 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to the Bank of New York Mellon as a Depository In connection with the issuance of 2,615 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) to foreign based option holder pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options granted to them under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
