Birla Sun Life MF announces 50.00% dividend for "Birla Sun Life MNC Fund - Div"

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has declared 50.0000 per cent dividend under dividend payout option scheme named as "Birla Sun Life MNC Fund - Div", on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.

The record date for the dividend was April 27, 2012. The NAV of scheme as on April 30, 2012 was at Rs 81.82.

As on March 31, 2012, the scheme allocated 98.6 per cent in equity, 1.9 per cent in cash and (0.5) per cent in net receivables.

The investment objective of 'Birla Sun Life MNC Fund - Div", an open ended equity-sector fund, was to build a high quality growth oriented portfolio to achieve long term capital appreciation through investment in multinational companies.

The performance of the scheme was standardized against CNX MNC Index and Ajay Garg was the fund manager of the scheme.
