Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited ('Company') was incorporated on March 12, 2011 under the Companies Act, 1956 ('Companies Act') under the name ÂSmartgrid Automation Distribution and Switchgear LimitedÂ. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to its current name, i.e. ÂSchneider Electric Infrastructure LimitedÂ on December 8, 2011 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadar and Nagar Haveli. The registered office of the Company is located at Milestone 87, Vadodara, Halol Highway, Village Kotambi, Post Office Jarod, Vadodara-391510, Gujarat, India.
