Arshiya International Ltd announced it"s consolidated and standalone quarterly and yearly result for the year ending March,2011 on May 11, 2011

STANDALONE RESULTS...

For the quarter ending March,2011

The company registered an increase of 56.94 % in its income from operations at Rs. 138.95 crores from Rs.88.54crores corresponding quarter last year. While expenditure of the company rose by 45.38% to Rs.119.31 crores from Rs. 82.07 crores in corresponding quarter last year. In line with this, the net profit of the company for the Q4 ending March 2011 stood at Rs.7.38 crores a rise of 18.20% from Rs.6.24 crores in last fiscal corresponding quarter. Interest for this quarter registered at Rs.14.95crores.

Segment wise revenue for the quarter ended March,2011 ;logistic registered at Rs.123.39crores while free trade warehouse registered at Rs.15.59crores.

For the year ending March ,2011

The company registered with an increase of 65.41 % in its income from operations at Rs.452.59 crores from Rs.273.60crores last year. While expenditure of the company inclined by 52.80% to Rs.406.92 crores from Rs.266.29crores in last year. In line with this net profit of the company for the year ending March 2011 registered at Rs.26.22crores a rise of 70.28% from Rs.15.39crores in last fiscal year.

For the quarter ending March,2011

The company registered an increase of 38.76 % in its income from operations at Rs.234.36 crores from Rs.168.89 crores corresponding quarter last year. In line with this net profit of the company for the Q4 ending March 2011 stood at Rs.19.40crores a marginal rise of 5.02% from Rs.18.47 crores in last fiscal corresponding quarter. Interest for this quarter registered at Rs.22.75crores.

For the year ending March,2011

The company registered with an increase of 49.90 % in its income from operations at Rs.573.98 crores from Rs.382.90 crores last year. In line with this net profit of the company for the year ending March 2011 registered at Rs.74.08 crores a fall of 24.64% from Rs.98.31 crores in last fiscal year. The interest was registered at Rs.54.60 crores.
