Golechha Global Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2012, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To Consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for June 30, 2012.
2. To consider Delisting of Equity shares of the Company from Regional stock Exchanges i.e. from Jaipur Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges Limited and Madras Stock Exchange.
3. To consider shifting of Registered Office from state of Tamil Nadu to state of West Bengal.
