Stock Split, Bonus Issue, Dividend Next Week: 70+ Stocks To Trade Ex-Date Between Feb 16-20

Next week is going to be action packed as several companies have announced major corporate actions including Fynx Capital Limited and Titan Biotech Ltd, have announced equity stock split plans, while Riddhi Steel and Tube Ltd and Bazel International Ltd will reward shareholders with bonus issues. At the same time, a total of 68 companies will trade ex-dividend next week.

Among the major stock split news, Titan Biotech Ltd, a small-cap specialty chemical company, approved a sub-division of equity shares from Rs. 10 face value to Rs. 2 face value in a 1:5 split ratio. The record date for the same is 20th February.

Bonus shares next week

In the bonus issue segment, Ahmedabad-based Riddhi Steel and Tube Ltd has approved a 1:2 bonus share issue, meaning shareholders will receive one additional share for every two shares held. The record date for the bonus issue is February 17.
Meanwhile, NBFC player Bazel International Ltd has cleared a 1:1 bonus issue, granting one fully paid-up equity share for every existing share held. The stock will trade ex -bonus on 19th February .
