BTS fans, aka ARMY, are heavily excited, as the global K-pop sensation BTS has officially announced its World Tour 2026 after a four-year-long hiatus. The BTS world tour announcement has thrilled fans worldwide, but the absence of India from the current tour schedule has disappointed a lot of BTS fans in India.

BTS World Tour 2026
BTS will launch its World Tour 2026 alongside its spring comeback album, starting one of the largest global concert tours in modern music history. As per the official announcement, the group is set to perform around 70 shows across Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America, and Oceania between April 2026 and early 2027.
BigHit Music confirmed that BTS will officially return to music on March 20, following mandatory military service completed by all seven members: RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jungkook, and J-Hope.
Is BTS Coming to India?
As of now, India is not included in the Asia leg of the BTS World Tour 2026. This is particularly disappointing because India has one of the largest BTS fanbases globally.
BTS had previously planned a Mumbai concert in 2020, which was cancelled due to COVID-19.
However, with the current tour plan, Indian ARMYs may have to wait longer, though additional dates for Japan, the Middle East, and other regions are expected to be announced later, possibly in 2027.
BTS World Tour 2026: Ticket Sale Dates
For fans planning to attend the concerts, here are the ticket sale details:
The BTS World Tour 2026 ticket presale for ARMY membership holders will begin on January 22 and 23, via Weverse, HYBE's official fan platform.
General ticket sales will begin on January 24, open to all fans across regions. Early registration is important to secure a ticket due to high global demand.
