If the prize amount is up to Rs. 10,000, winners can usually collect the money directly from an authorised Sambad lottery seller or agent. They just need to show the original winning ticket along with a valid ID proof.
For prizes between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 1 lakh, winners must visit the Nagaland State Lotteries Directorate in Kohima. They will need to submit the original ticket, a properly filled and signed claim form, a valid ID proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID, and a passport-size photograph.
