Step 1: Visit the e-Shram portal at Register.eshram.gov.in
Step 2: Read all the details on the page, and go for self-registration
Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar-Linked mobile number
Step 4: Fill in the right captcha code
Step 5: No click Yes/No option for EPFO and ESIC
Step 6: Click on Send OTP (One Time Password)
Step 7: Open the application form and fill in the other details as asked
Step 8: Upload all the required documents
Step 9: Click on submit button and take printout of the application form
