Bengaluru Power Cut Today, Feb 11; BESCOM Announces 6-Hr long Outage on Wednesday; Check Timings & Areas
A midweek disruption is going to impact daily routines across several neighbourhoods in the city, as scheduled Bengaluru power cuts return ahead of the summer demand surge. The planned electricity shutdown in Bengaluru on Wednesday, February 11, is mainly a preventive maintenance and infrastructure strengthening measures to keep the city's power network stable during the summer months when consumption typically spikes.

Power distribution officials said such scheduled power cuts in Bengaluru are carried out in advance to reduce the risk of sudden breakdowns and to improve the long-term reliability of the electricity network.

According to the announced schedule, electricity supply will remain suspended in different localities during two time slots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and in some areas 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
