The tobacco player has fixed September 6 as the record date for its first ever bonuses, and accordingly will be in focus. VST has received BSE and NSE approval for issue and proposed allotment of 154419200 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 10 existing fully (Ten) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for every Rs (One) paid-up Equity Share of Rs 10/- each held in the Company.
