Microcap Stock Under Rs 50 Fixes Record Date For Final Dividend, Scrip Up 722.67% In 3 Yrs

Chandra Prabhu International Ltd. has fixed record date as Monday, Sept 18, 2023, for Final Dividend of Rs 0.20/- per Equity Share as recommended by the Board. Dividend, if approved, at 38th AGM will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members on the record date. The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, Sept 25, 2023, at 11:30 A.M.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, Sept 19, 2023 to Monday, Sept 25, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 38th AGM of the company & Payment of Final Dividend.

"The Company has fixed the Monday, September 18th, 2023 as 'Record Date" for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Final Dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per Equity Share as recommended by the Board. The said dividend if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members /list of Beneficial Owners at the end of business hours on Monday, September 18th, 2023," the Board said in a filing.

Chandra Prabhu International's shares on Friday closed 0.41% higher at Rs 24.68 per share on the BSE with highs and lows of Rs 24.80 and Rs 23.86, respectively. The stock gained 5.02% in 1 week.
