Board Of Apollo Tyres Sets Record Date For Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company, "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed July 14, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend."

Earlier, Apollo Tyres recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share and a Special Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share on occasion of 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, aggregating to Rs. 4.50 (i.e. 450%) per Equity Share on face value of Re. 1 each for FY23, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM."
