Andhra Paper Sets Record Date For Dividend: As per the BSE filing of the company, "In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this 1s to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, August 4, 2023 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2022-23, if approved."

Andhra Paper Declared Dividend On May 8, 2023: As per the regulatory filing of Andhra Paper, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. May 8, 2023 has recommended a final dividend of Rs.12.50 on the equity share of Rs.10/¬ each, fully paid-up, (representing 125% of the paid-up value), for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing 59th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be. paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, as provided under the Companies Act, 2013."
