The firm during its Board meeting held on 21st March, 2025 has announced 2nd interim dividend for Financial Year 2024-25 for which the payment details and trading guide have been briefly described below.

"This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited ("Corporation") at its meeting held today, i.e. 21st March, 2025 declared 2nd Interim Dividend @ 200% i.e., Rs. 4/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 2/‐ each for the Financial Year 2024-25. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend is Thursday, 27th March, 2025. The 2nd Interim Dividend is subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes and will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law," said the company in a stock exchange filing on Friday.

As per Moneycontrol, the company's December 2024 quarter net sales of Rs 4,684.91 crore represented a growth of 8.03% over the December 2023 quarter's net sales of Rs 4,336.73 crore. In the December 2024 quarter, its net profit was Rs. 338.98 crore, a 25.78% drop from the December 2023 quarter's net profit of Rs. 456.70 crore. EBITDA improved 11.21% from Rs. 852.82 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs. 948.41 crore in Q3FY25.

"Bombay Burmah stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 1725. A Daily close above resistance of 1810 could lead to a target of 1954 in the near term," highlighted A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
