There is an option to send money from Paytm to bank account. For such transaction the company will charge a convenience or processing fee of 4% for transferring money.

In case if the transaction is failed and the amount is deducted from the account, refunds will be usually credited back to your bank account within 3-7 working days. Check with your bank, if the amount is not credited in your account within this time frame.
