How To Make Changes In Personal Details In EPF Online And Offline?

From Nov 2017 , the EPFO started option to update employee name, gender, and date of birth online using the Unified portal, based on Aadhaar card record.

Employees get two ways to make Changes In Personal Details In EPF Online And Offline. However, many EPF members are facing problems to updating their details in their UAN.
This is because on one side employees have to link their Aadhaar to EPF within the deadline, in a second-way EPF UAN name, gender, and date of birth correction becomes a lengthy process.

Changes that can be made through online in EPF:

1.Visit Unified Member Portal, Login into account using UAN number and password and then under Manage tab select Modify Basic Details.

1.Submit the required documents to employer
