ICICI Bank's Pockets can work as a standalone wallet. It's a VISA-powered e-wallet that customer of any bank can use to recharge mobile, send money, shop anywhere pays bills and much more. Pockets are also integrated with United Payments Interface (UPI).

To use Pockets there is no need to hold an ICICI Bank account, but if you do have one, you can link the wallet to your ICICI account. By one click users can do the money transfer.

Here are some things to know about ICICI Pockets;

Shopping card

Pockets wallet also comes with a physical shopping card . which can be used to shop at any website or retail stores? People can use it to make payments in real-world establishments and on websites and apps that accept only cards. It is also a mini-bank in itself. Users can open a recurring deposit or apply for loans.

No charge

Pockets is a free app. There is no charge for registration and usage of the app. Standard charges for internet data as charged by your mobile operator will apply.

Who can have Pockets

Any individual of Indian origin above the age of 10 years with an active mobile number can register on the app. NRI/Foreign nationals will not be able to register for Pockets. Users can download it from Google play store from their Android device or App store from iOS device and search for Pockets by ICICI Bank. Click on install and accept all permissions.
