What Is Jio Summer Surprise Offer? All You Need To Know

India's newest telecom operator Reliance Jio recently launched its new 'Summer Suprise' offer. The offer is exclusively available for Jio Prime users.

Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. announced on March 31, 2017, that in just one month, over 72 million customers have signed up for Jio Prime.

Last date extended

Reliance Jio has extended the last date to avail Jio Prime offer to April 15. Users can sign up to the new offer till April 15. Earlier the last date was fixed as March 31. April 15 is also the last day to avail the Jio Summer Surprise offer and get the free operator's services for another three months. Users who do not recharge by the extended date of 15th April will experience degradation and discontinuation of services.

Jio Summer Surprise offer

Reliance Jio is offering three months of free data use to subscribers who signed up for Jio Prime and also bought a recharge pack of Rs. 303 or above as part of the Jio Summer Surprise promotion.

The new 'Summer Surprise offer' will provide the users three months of free data and other advantages which they are getting as an introductory offer.

 

 

Offers tills July

People who have already opted for Jio membership plan with Rs 303 plan, will get the offers provided by jio 'Summer Surprise' plan. The tariff of Rs 303 will be applicable from July.

Who can avail new offer?

The Jio Summer Surprise is available to anyone who has signed up for Jio Prime, gets their first recharge of Rs. 303 or above, before April 15.

Rs 149 Plans

For the Prime customers, who have opted for Rs 149 plan or Rs 96 plan, need to recharge with Rs 303 to get the complimentary 'Summer Surprise' offers. Rs 149/Rs 99 plan will be applicable in July and Rs 303 the month after.

 

 

Rs 999 plans

For recharge of Rs 999, the user will get the Summer Surprise offer but will also get 100 GB above 60GB data that the plan provides. In a month a user will theoretically end up getting little over 90GB data per month with Rs 999 plan, at least for the first quarter.
