SBI QUICK- Missed Call Banking is SBI's offering that simplifies customers day to day banking. You can now get your account balance, mini statement, information on loan products and block your ATM card just by sending an SMS or giving a Missed Call using SBI QUICK.
How to register?
SBI QUICK involves a onetime registration. The customer has to SMS, 'REGaccount number' to 09223488888, For example, REG 12345678910 from the mobile number available in bank's records for that particular account.
Send an SMS 'BAL' to 09223766666. Customers can also give a missed call to the number. This provides the last clear balance on your SBI account.
Send an SMS 'MSTMT' to 09223866666. You can avail this service by giving a missed call to the number. You will get the mini statement of the last five transactions of the account.
Blocking of ATM Card
In the case of loss or theft of ATM card, users can block the ATM card linked to their registered account. Send an SMS 'BLOCKXXXX' to 567676( Here XXXX represents last 4 digits of the card number). A confirmatory SMS alert is sent to the customer on acceptance of the request for blocking. The SMS will contain the ticket number, date and time of blocking.
Car/Home Loan Enquiry
If you are an SBI customer and want to know the latest in car loan or home loan products. You can send an instant SMS with the features, followed by a call from SBI. SMS 'HOME' or 'CAR' to 09223588888.
