Provide information: Using Samadhaan app users can access information about deposits, advances, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EMI calculation, SBI Branch and ATM Locations, SBI Holidays and give direct access to various mobile apps viz., SBI Freedom, SBI Anywhere, SBI Buddy, SBI Quick, etc.

Account statement: This is the unique feature of the Samadhaan app; it helps any SBI customer to get on-demand his statement of account. Account Statements for last six months can be requested. If you have any house loan or education loan, you will get interest certificate on Housing Loan and Education Loan securely on your registered email address 24 x 7 using this app.

FAQs available: FAQs including relevant videos for Deposits, Advances, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet are available in SBI Samadhaan app.

Feedback and complaints: Customers will also be able to lodge complaints through the App. They can also track the status of resolution of these complaints as well.
