    • Visit the branch where one has their respective Savings Bank account, with a copy of Aadhaar number or e-Aadhaar if one does not have the hard copy of Aadhaar card.
    • Submit a "Letter of Request" attached with a photocopy of Aadhaar.
    • Bank will verify all the documents. 
    • On successful completion of the procedure, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customers.
