8 Easy Steps To Activate Your New SBI ATM Card Online

SBI supports its customers with a number of services. Anything can be achieved via the internet banking portal, spanning from activating a new ATM card to generating a new ATM pin. Currently, if you are an SBI customer and want to trigger a new ATM card, you no longer have to visit a branch, you can conveniently enable a new ATM card online through the SBI Internet banking portal. To activate your new ATM Card online, here are the steps that you need to consider.

Step 1: Visit www.onlinesbi.com and sign in to your net banking account using the required credentials i.e. User ID and Password.

Step 2: Now select 'e-Services' and click on 'ATM card services'

Step 3: Now you will be redirected to the next page where you need to click on 'New ATM Card Activation'

Step 4: Now select your account for which you have requested for a new debit card, and enter the 16 digit ATM card number

Step 6: Confirm the ATM Card number by re-entering the same and click on 'Activate'
Now verify all the details and click on 'Confirm'

Step 7: Now you will get a high-security password on your registered mobile number, authenticate the same and click on 'Confirm'

Step 8: You will now get a notification on your device screen displaying that 'ATM card has been activated successfully!'.

Note: You need to generate an ATM PIN to use your SBI ATM card. By visiting your nearest SBI ATM or bank branch, through SMS or via IVR you can generate a PIN.
