Aadhaar- How to Avail Aadhaar Services On UMANG App?

The Government of India launched UMANG, or Unified Mobile Application, to provide access to various government services (central, state, and regional) in one place. The UMANG app also allows investors to track their EPF and NPS investments. This government app offers seamless integration with popular customer-centric services such as Aadhaar, EPF, National Pension System (NPS), Digilocker, and others. UMANG can be accessed via a variety of platforms, including smartphones, desktop computers, and tablets. Here is how you can avail aadhaar services on the umang app.

How to register for the UMANG app?

• Download UMANG App on your mobile from play store or app store
• Enter registered mobile number
• A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent.
• Select and enter your MPIN (mobile PIN)
• Select two security questions that will be used to recover your account from the app if you lose access to it.

How to avail aadhaar services on umang app?

Step 1: Log in to Umang after downloading it from the Google Play store.

Step 2: Select 'MY Aadhaar'.

Step 2: It asks you to link your Aadhaar.

Step 4: Enter your Aadhaar number, captcha code, and click the Send OTP button.

Step 5: Enter the OTP and press the Save button.

After linking your Aadhaar, you will be able to easily download Aadhaar, generate virtual ID, and access the other services mentioned above.

• Aadhaar Card Verification: Citizens can use this service to check the status of their Aadhaar card.
• Check the status of your enrollment or update request.
• Verify Aadhaar-registered phone and email
• Obtain the EID/Aadhaar number: You can use this service to obtain your Aadhaar number or Enrollment ID (EID)
• Aadhaar services available through the Umang app
• Users must log in to the Umang app with their Aadhaar-registered mobile number to access these services.
• Aadhaar Download Virtual ID Authentication History Offline e-KYC Payment History Biometrics can be locked and unlocked.
