How to link an Aadhaar with a ration card online?

Step 1: Visit the official website of the state's PDS portal.

Step 2: Enter the Ration Card number.

Step 3: Enter the Aadhar card number.

Step 4: Enter your registered phone number.

Step 5: Tap on the submit button.

Step 6: A one-time password will be received on the registered mobile number.

Step 7: Enter the OTP received

After submission, an SMS will be received notifying the process is complete.

How to link an Aadhaar with a ration card Offline

Take a copy of all needed documents, as well as the original, to the nearest Ration store or Public Distribution System centre.

Submit the necessary documents to the Ration Shop/PDS.

Validate your Aadhar card using fingerprint authentication.

Once the procedure is complete, an SMS notifying about the successful submission will be received.

Another SMS after your Aadhaar has been correctly connected to your ration card will be received.
