Moreover, they are entitled to a monthly allowance of Rs 5,000 until they secure new employment within the state. Offline Application Process

• Look out for special application camps being organised by the West Bengal government in various areas.
• Get the form at the camp or from a designated government office.
• Fill the Form Manually.
