Bharat Gas Launches Whatsapp Facility For Booking Cooking Gas: Here's How To Do?

With the second largest customer network, Bharat Petroleum under its Bharat Gas brand (for LPG distribution business) to ease the process of booking LPG cylinder or cooking gas has rolled out its Whatsapp business channel for facilitating cylinder booking.

The service was launched on May 26, 2020. In a statement the company said, "From today (Tuesday), Bharat Gas (its LPG brand) customers across the country can book their cooking gas on WhatsApp," BPCL said in a statement

On the launch of the service, the company's MD Arun Singh said, "The provision to book LPG from Whatsapp will make it even simpler for customers. Since Whatsapp is the one of the most commonly used apps, for the younger and older generation alike, being there on this platform will bring us closer to our customers."

How To Book Bharat Gas Cooking Gas On Whatsapp?

1. The booking is allowed through the customer's number registered with the company on its smartline number 1800224344

2. After successful booking, the customer will get confirmation message together with the link for making online payment via any of the channels including debit, credit card, UPI , amazon etc.

3. On the sidelines, the company said it is also coming up with new features such as LPG tracking as well as will get on to take customers feedback in the days to come.

4. Currently other channels on offer for booking LPG by the company include missed call, app, website, IVRS as well as its long list of distributors.
