EPFO- How to Raise EPF-Related complaints or Grievance?

Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) subscribers can use the EPF i-Grievance Management System to register their grievances (EPFiGMS). The EPFiGMS allows EPF members to register their complaints and receive answers to all of their questions. On the EPFiGMS portal, EPF subscribers can also check the status of pending complaints/requests.

What is EPFiGMS?

EPFiGMS, or the EPF Grievance Management System, is an official portal for EPF grievances and complaints. All registered EPF members (including PF members, employers, and EPF pensioners) will be able to use this portal to file complaints, grievances, and inquiries. These will be addressed online via this portal.

Benefits of the EPF Grievance Portal

  • The scheme benefits both EPF members and employers. Unlike in the past, complaints are promptly addressed. We have several advantages here.
  • The portal is simple to use for all EPF participants and includes all types of workers.
  • EPFO employees are capable of quickly locating and resolving any issue.
  • Members save time by not having to travel to the EPF headquarters.
  • The allegation will be resolved, and the EPFO will be assisted in the future in resolving related complaints about all EPFO members. They determine which complaint has been raised by a large number of employees or employers and attempt to resolve it.

The portal has many teams with the necessary operational expertise.
