UPI 123PAY is a payment method that uses a pre-programmed IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Users can use this service in a variety of regional languages, including Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, and Tamil.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) created and launched UPI 123PAY, a voice-based payment feature, to boost the use of digital financial services. Voice payments through IVR numbers, proximity sound-based payments, missed call-based payment methods, and app-based scan and pay on feature phones allow users of smartphones and feature phones to execute a variety of digital transactions using UPI 123PAY.

What happens if the wrong pin is used to authorize UPI 123 Pay?
If the consumer enters an incorrect UPI PIN, the transaction will fail and you will have to restart the procedure. If a consumer repeatedly enters the erroneous UPI PIN, the bank will temporarily prohibit him from transmitting money via UPI from his bank account.
How to authorize a UPI 123Pay transaction with my UPI PIN?
The UPI PIN is a 4-6 digit pass number that you create/set when you first register with the Mobile App/IVR/any other channel, and you must enter this UPI-PIN to authorise any bank transactions.
