The government website informs that there is 32 proof of identity documents you upload after scanning while changing the Aadhaar card address online. You should have your documents including passport, PAN card, ration/PDS photo card, voter ID, driving license (DL), etc. for the process.

After you log in to the ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/ website, you need to click on the 'Proceed to Update Aadhaar' window to start the process. Keep your Aadhaar card with you and put the 12-digit UID number on the window. Then the portal will ask you to enter the security code or captcha code given at the website. Put the captcha accurately to proceed, and click at the 'Send OTP' window.
