Change Via IVR

The first step to change the credit card PIN is via IVR or Interactive Voice Response. To generate or change the Credit Card Pin, follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Call the HDFC Bank IVR Toll number 1860 266 0333 from your registered mobile number, select language
Step 2: Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card followed by hash (#)
Step 3: Dial 1 to generate a Credit card Pin
Step 4: Again Dial 1 when prompted to "Generate a One Time Password" (OTP) to your registered mobile number as an SMS.
Step 5: Type the 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile Number
Step 6: On successful entry of OTP, the IVR will confirm successful validation and ask you to set the 4digit PIN followed by the hash(#) key.
If you get disconnected at step# 4:- Redial the Toll number, after Step2 ..."Dial2 to enter the 6 Digit OTP"

Change Via Netbanking

An HDFC credit card PIN can also be created using net banking. To generate your HDFC credit card PIN through net banking, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to NetBanking using your User ID and IPIN 
Step 2: After logging into your NetBanking account, click on the "Cards" tab on top. 
Step 3: On the left hand under the Request option, select " Instant PIN Generation ". 
Step 4: Select a credit card number from the drop-down and Enter 4 digit pin of your choice. 
Step 5: Re-enter the pin and click "Continue" 

Change Via ATM
